Remboursement
At Breathlife, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note the following terms regarding delivery and refunds:
If the carrier's tracking shows that the package was delivered to the provided address, no refund will be issued, even if you claim not to have received it. In such cases, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office.
If the carrier's tracking indicates that the package is lost or was never delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a reshipment of your order, depending on your preference.
For any delivery-related requests, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
