Refund
At Breathlife , customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note the following conditions regarding delivery and refunds:
If the carrier's tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided, no refund will be issued, even if you claim not to have received it. In this case, we recommend checking with your neighbors or your local post office.
If the carrier's tracking indicates that the package is lost or was never delivered, you are entitled to a full refund or a reshipment of your order, whichever you prefer.
For any questions regarding delivery , please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
